Fresti d.o.o. is a company founded in 2010 with many years of experience in intermediation in real estate transactions and is especially specialized in professional analysis and assessment of real estate code sales.

We also offer the services of leading the entire process from project creation to completion building permits with the purchase and sale service already in the early stages, more precisely when confirming the decision for start of construction - construction permit confirmation.

In addition, with our other company FJ & Company d.o.o. which specializes in rough construction works - ROH-BAU, we can offer you a construction service with complete supervision of all works starting from earthworks and rough works up to the final works of furnishing and decoration and which would be done by verified subcontractors, that is, partners of the company FJ & Company d.o.o.

Both companies are registered in the Court Register, while Fresti d.o.o. is registered in the Register of Intermediaries in real estate transactions at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, is a signatory to the
Code of Ethics in Business real estate broker.
